  Nightmare that didn't end. I took my family there (9 of us total) to celebrate a birthday that was on Valentine's day. I made reservations a day in advance and had no problem with that but even so it was very vacant for a holiday. Upon being seated and waiting a very long time for our waitress we come to find out that they have to physically look at every ID, even if you are old enough to have grand-kids of which we did. So I had to leave and drive back home to get an ID that was left but while I was gone the rest of my family was ready to order and received NO service at all. Once I returned (12 minutes later) the waitress finally came over to take our orders. Everyone ordered burgers with two getting chicken baskets. Another 30 min waiting and only a few plates came out, 5 minutes after that a few more, 5 minutes after that the final few came out. One burger was ordered well done, it came bright red and was sent back, only to return again bright red. I guess the cooks don't know how to cook a standard burger at this "burger bar" The food was very poor for how long we waited and for how much they charge. The manager who was checking all the tables around us avoided our table every time he walked by. Our waitress was very slow in helping our table in every way, although was pleasant, not up for the task of managing more than two tables at a time. I was originally not going to write a review until..... they called me a WEEK AFTER my reservations to "confirm my reservations"... THEY COULDN'T EVEN TAKE THE RESERVATION CORRECTLY! I would give "0" stars but that is not an option here. Food was poor, service was poor, management was poor, staffing was poor. Not one thing was pleasant about our visit and we will NOT be returning. I recommend trying any other restaurant in the area!

  So....I'm the kind of guy who hears a bad review and actually pursues the restaurant. Seems people only use these sites to report negativity...Nevertheless-I went in with an open mind.
  Friday night-St. Joe location-place was packed. Sat at the bar. Was greeted right away by "CeeCee". She was tending to a large party of some kind-looked like a bunch of local friends. CeeCee suggested the Burger of the Month....called the Rooster with tater tots. This was by far the BEST burger I have ever had in the way of chef burgers. Comparable to Vegas menus. Needless to say, bring my buddies back for the burgers and the craft beers. CeeCee said the chicken on Tuesday nights is a real draw. I'll be back......soon. This place was awesome. Truly.

  Awesome burgers!!! best part was they had 17 beers on tap and only 2 were domestics... I think there was 30 chef burgers to choose from with meats like elk and bison... will be making a trip back real soon... my server was really nice as well... her suggestion of the mad totter was just what I was looking for in a burger

  Was unsure about staying, host said it was a 15-20 minute wait, and there were plenty of open tables??? Weird? Put our names down and then went to the bar. Bartender took our order. Then proceeded to get our beers out of the cooler opened them and left them on the cooler where she took them out?? Finally after waiting another 5 minutes, she brought them to us. After waiting another 10 minutes they called us for our table. Husband had the fish special and I got a patty melt. He had a soup choice and got the bison chili. VERY GOOD!! GREAT FOOD! I was very unsure at first but was very good. Wait staff very attentive!! Good food!!! Okay atmosphere. We drink bud light, but they did have a great choice of beers and drinks! We will definitely go again.
